Set goals

Determine your goals and KPIs so we know how to measure the campaign’s success. You may want to increase awareness and sales of a new product or service, improve your website traffic, or boost followers on social media. Before we start the campaign, we need to define the target audience and the choice of social media platform.

Research and identify ideal influencers

Then it’s time to specify the ideal influencers who have an authentic voice. Not every content creator with a large follower count has a strong influence over their followers. It’s better to find an influencer with fewer followers, but higher engagement if you want your campaign to be a success.

Reach out and recruit

Next, I will begin to create a list of influencers making sure that they fit the profile of your ideal influencer. I can add their contact information such as the influencers’ social media profiles, email addresses, websites, etc., and initiate a conversation with them about the business opportunity.

Negotiate and hire

Whether is sponsored content, affiliate marketing, discount code, product reviews, or giveaways, I can explain to the content creators what kind of campaign to run and how the influencer is paid. If you don’t have a large budget for this campaign, you may be able to offer other incentives, such as free products or promotions. Finally, you should have standard contract terms ready to go. This way, you’ll have a consistent view of what is needed, and everything is ready when we find the right influencers.

Manage deliverables

If the brand and the influencer have agreed upon the terms of a deal, the influencers can begin to create the content for the campaign. The brand may send the creative guidelines with “talking points” for the influencer to touch on within the caption or we can ask them to mention a special discount they are offering on the product. Some brands let influencers post content without final approval, while others don’t. I can help you manage and track the influencers’ content.

Track performance and measure results

I will verify that the content has been posted and take a screenshot or download a copy for our records. And I like to keep in touch with the influencers and get feedback to see if they recommend any improvements for the brand. I recommend promoting the content through the brand’s social media pages, newsletter, and website as well. I also create a report with the analytics numbers and can cross it with the sales data provided by the brand using affiliate links or discount codes.

Hello! I’m Adriana, a Brazilian marketing professional. I have worked for many years for large companies in Brazil, such as BASF and Editora Abril. With 18+ years of marketing experience, a wide area of expertise, a multipotentialite personality, and skills in Graphic Design and Webdesign, I gained knowledge in marketing automation, project management, data analysis, and development of dashboards, reports, and presentations.

 

I lived in the US from 2017 to 2020, where I started working in Influencer Marketing. The first brand I worked with was TikTok when they launched the app, managing celebrities, macro, micro, and nano influencers campaigns. I’ve learned a lot!

 

Since I moved back to Brazil, I have been working for US agencies remotely, managing worldwide clients and content creators. I have experience in several verticals and I’m familiar with many Influencer Marketing platforms, such as GRIN, Izea, Phlanx, Upfluence, and Tagger Media.
