Goals: Bring relevant content creators with quality content to create a profile and post videos on TikTok.

Challenges: Find content creators from several categories to create an account on TikTok and learn how to make the most of the app. Onboard ~200 micro-influencers on a TikTok program.

Role: Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager (macros, micros, and nanos) and Campaign Operations (top celebrities).

Activities: Influencers’ research, outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and payment. Content review, approval, and tracking. Content analytics collecting.
