Goals: Promotion of inDriver services in specific cities from Brazil.
Challenges: Find content creators from Rio de Janeiro to promote the inDriver app to passengers and drivers and content creators from Curitiba to promote the inDriver delivery service.
Role: Influencer Marketing Manager, managing a 4-6 people team.
Activities: Oversaw a team to help me with the influencers’ research, outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and payment. Content review, approval, and tracking. Content analytics collecting and campaign report.
